New teaching and learning system

It is said that a policy is being prepared to implement a teaching and learning system that combines face-to-face and online education in technical and vocational institutions.

Technical and Vocational Training Institute, in collaboration with Centria and Jamek Universities of Finland, conducted pilot activities to update the education in 15 technical and vocational institutes located in six selected regions.

In the next three years, the Minister of State for Work and Skills, Teshale Recha, who was present at a forum on the activities, stated that policy preparations are being made to activate a teaching and learning system that combines face-to-face and online education at the national level.

It was pointed out in the forum that there are more than 1,500 technical and vocational institutions across the country.
