"There are sites that we have turned down during testing, but there is no statement that we have given that the test will remain" - Dr.
has asked for a clear explanation from students' parents and students regarding the online 12th grade national exam, Addis Ababa Education Bureau Head, Dr. Zelema Mulatu.
What did Dr. Zemal Mulatu say?
“Examination is given in two forms (online and paper).
There will be only a library and two boarding schools that were allocated to the online university.
The rest will take the paper test according to the schools that have been assigned to them by all private and government testing stations (the schools that have been assigned will know).
You will take the online test:
- Kotebe University
- In the civil service
- Addis Ababa University
- Science and Technology in Addis Ababa
- Paul's millennials will take it there.
Also, students assigned to Illuminate Library, students from the two boarding schools will take it online.
The rest, who were assigned to another examination station, will take it on a folded paper.
They will be at the university that they will take paper, and their accommodation, swimming, and examination will be the same as it was given in the last two years. They come out when they are done.
But those who are assigned online are the last ones. They will be tested and go home and spend the night and come back in the morning and be tested. He said.
What is the controversy?, "Nothing happened." It was thought that we would take a mixed route. He was the one we were practicing.
“ Now More Sure is only offered at certified testing sites (mentioned above). He added.
Schools are noted to be "missing"; So where did you get the information from? Did the office download the order? We asked the manager.
Dr. Zelem said, "It is given by universities and other stations, but there was no statement that it was 'missed' unless it was on them."
He added, "We have reduced those that we were not sure about, so that there will be no abuse of students and families."
Was the message sent by the Ministry of Education that the online exam was postponed? In response to the question, "The Ministry of Education has already announced it on its website."
"There are sites that we have shut down during testing, but we have not given a statement that the test will remain. The number of private and government schools has been reduced due to various reasons," he said.
Is the letter (attached above) that your office wrote to the Ministry of Education for Education Assessment and Examinations Service? To the question: "Yes." that's right !! He said.
"It means at the sites we have now. "We used to have it in 153 stations before, but now only the above stations are said to be successful," he said.
Therefore, according to the set schedule, students are urged to protect themselves from any kind of fraud and take the test only according to the instructions issued by the office and the Ministry of Education.
